王玄，1968年生，1995年毕业于云南艺术学院环境艺术专业，03年结业于中央美术学院壁画系研究生班，玉溪师院美术系教师。多件作品入选全国美展，水彩《青菜萝卜――平淡生活》获第七届全国水彩?粉画展优秀奖；油画《大山的馈赠》获第四届中国西部大地情全国美展铜奖；油画《守望者》入选第三届全国美展并被中国美术馆收藏。2008年应中国美术家协会的特邀为中央首长办公机构设置创作油画作品一件。
