刘宏俄罗斯造型艺术学硕士，（1958年5月17日生于青岛），山东师范大学美术学院教授、硕士研究生导师，中国美术家协会会员，中国欧美同学会留俄美术院校校友会会员，山东美术家协会油画艺术委员会委员，山东油画学会理事。
作品曾获首届中国油画风景展优秀奖、获首届中国油画大展优秀奖、入选第七届全国体育美展，在山东省综合性美术大展多次获奖。作品曾在《美术》、《美术研究》、《美术观察》、《新华文摘》和《中国油画》等刊物发表作品100余幅、在专业性杂志发表论文数篇并出版《油画名家刘宏》、《刘宏刘青砚画集》（两部）、《俄罗斯学院派素描》、《色彩》、《水粉静物》、《水粉头像》等7部专著。
