刘仑，笔名流铃，一九一三年生。广东惠阳人。擅版画。广东画院。国家一级美术师，著名中国画家、版画家，广州画院首任院长、广州市美协首任主席，现名誉院长、名誉主席。
1913年生于广东惠州市，毕业于广州市立美术学校，曾渡日深造，1934年参加鲁迅倡导的新兴版画运动，1935年参加一二·九运动并加入"广州现代版画会"。为"广州艺术工作者协会"发起人之一。1936-1949年被选为"中华全国木刻界抗敌协会"理事、常务理事，主持全国木刻协会广东分会工作，主编《抗战木刻》，兼任广东艺术院特约讲师。1942-1949年任中山大学美术讲师、副教授。1948年去台湾高山族写生三个月。1950年任南京市文联委员、美术部总干事。1951年参军，先后任南京军事学院美术教员、《解放军文艺》美编、总政文学美术创作室、军事博物馆创作员。期间曾赴朝鲜战地写生，1955年起四次重走长征路采风，为中国第一部彩色电影《万水千山》美术顾问。曾参加藏族民主改革。
1976年转业广东，先后任省文艺创作室、广东画院专业画家，1982年参加组建广州画院、广州市美协。举办过《刘仑战地素描展》、《刘仑从艺63周年画展》（并艺术研讨会）等十多次个展。1987年无偿捐献一百多幅作品给家乡人民，惠州市政府在西湖百花洲建立“刘仑画阁”，授予"东江人民画家"称号，1999年转至惠州博物馆，更名为“刘仑美术馆”。
代表作：版画《河傍》、《市街》，木刻《前线军民》、《通讯兵》，油画《红军过草地》，中国画《奴隶翻身图》、《三峡图》、《雪山图》系列、《梅花图系列》……

Born in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province in 1913, graduated from Guangzhou municipal art school. He studied in Japan. In 1934, he participated in the new print movement advocated by Lu Xun. In 1935, he participated in the one two nine movement and joined the "Guangzhou modern print fair". He is one of the founders of Guangzhou Artists Association. From 1936 to 1949, he was elected as the director and executive director of "all China woodcut anti enemy Association", presided over the work of Guangdong Branch of national woodcut Association, edited "woodcut of Anti Japanese War", and concurrently served as the special lecturer of Guangdong Art Academy. 1942-1949 lecturer and associate professor of fine arts, Sun Yat sen University. In 1948, he went to Taiwan to sketch for three months. In 1950, he was appointed member of Nanjing Federation of literary and art circles and director general of the Ministry of fine arts. In 1951, he joined the army and successively served as an art teacher of Nanjing Military Academy, an art editor of PLA literature and art, a literary and art creation Office of General Administration, and a creator of Military Museum. During that time, he went to Korea to sketch in the war. Since 1955, he has gone on the road of long march for four times to collect wind. He is the art consultant of the first color film "mountains and rivers". He participated in Tibetan democratic reform.

In 1976, he was transferred to Guangdong, and successively served as a professional painter of Guangdong art creation office and Guangdong Art Academy. In 1982, he participated in the establishment of Guangzhou Art Academy and Guangzhou Art Association. He has held more than ten exhibitions, such as Liu Lun's war sketch exhibition, Liu Lun's 63rd anniversary Painting Exhibition (and Art Seminar). In 1987, more than 100 works were donated to the people of their hometown for free. Huizhou Municipal government established "liulun painting Pavilion" in BaiHuaZhou, West Lake, and awarded the title of "Dongjiang people's painter". In 1999, it was transferred to Huizhou Museum and renamed "liulun Art Museum".
