郑虹　女，河南洛阳人。
《中国摄影》杂志美术主管，副编审，中国民主促进会会员、中国摄影家协会会员、中国美术家协会会、中国出版工作者协会会员。
1985年在洛阳市文物工作队从事文物考古及绘图工作。
曾参与发掘春秋战国、汉、唐、宋等古代墓葬二十余座，临摹汉、宋壁画数座，
绘制文物线图数千幅　??1989年与他人合作编绘出版线描专著《洛阳文物图案集》。
1991年到北京开始从事书籍装帧工作。
曾先后在中国艺术研究院、《中国摄影家》杂志及北　京工艺美术出版社工作。
1993年到中央工艺美术学院装潢系（现清华美术学院）学习，开始中国古代文化类大型画册的设计。
1996年底任《中国摄影》杂志美术编辑，1997年《中国摄影》杂志荣获中国文联十佳报刊称号。
2004年任《中国摄影》杂志美术主管。
2000年，经　书籍装帧艺术家张守义、刘辉煌推荐，加入中国版协装帧艺委会。
2002年，经书籍装帧艺术家张守义、画家吕胜中推荐，加入中国美术家协会。
2004年，与　他人合作策划精品摄影展《大地长歌》、《大地?天空的彼岸》。
2005年，经民进中央副主席、作曲家王立平，演员杨立新推荐加入民主进步促进会。
2006　年，美术编辑并设计大型画册《1956-2006中国摄影家协会50周年》。
2007年4月经中国新闻出版总署、中国文联专家答辩组及职称评选委会22位评委评选通过副编审职称，
成为中国文联历史上第一个破格通过的高级职称。
同年　9月荣获中国摄影界最高奖项－金像奖（摄影图书类）。
同时开始油画的学习和创作。
郑虹自从事书籍装帧工作以来，主要合作单位有中国国家博物馆（原中国历史博物馆）、中国民族宫展览馆、
中国艺术研究院、
中国西藏文化保护与发展协会、甘肃　省博物馆、观复博物馆等。
作品已达百余部，其设计作品主要有两大类：一是古代文化艺术类，二是现代摄影艺术类；郑虹在把握好书稿内容，
注重整体构思，强化　设计特色，并突出民族性的基础上，探索出了书稿更深层的文化涵义，在内容与形式尽可能完美统一的基础上赋予不同体裁以不同的文化内涵和表现形式。
