杨志，1962年生于安徽省安庆市。中国美术家协会会员、国家高级美术师，安徽省美术家协会水彩画艺术委员会委员，安庆市政协常委，安庆市美术家协会副主席。曾先后受业于著名水彩、水粉画家、中国水彩画艺术委员会副主任杭鸣时先生，国际知名画家日本水彩协会会长杨景更先生，秉承古人“读万卷书，行万里路”的思想，刻苦创作，勤奋不辍。作品在继承传统文化、技法的同时，追求当今多样的变化和风貌，柔和而润泽，叠彩而凝重。用笔饱和淋漓，施色绚丽多变，并具有现代审美情趣的某些特征。悉心钻研，汲取各家技法特点，刻苦探索，尝试运用多种工具和材料进行线条和色块的勾画创作，造成软性的笔触和刚性刮刀堆色所不能单一达到的艺术效果，形成独特的艺术创作手法，以其清新睿颖赢得各界观众的赞赏和喜爱。
