刘长有(1941—)，河北南皮人。擅长油画、水彩画。1964年毕业于北京艺术学院油画系，师承于世界著名的绘画大师吴冠中、李瑞年、毕成、罗尔纯等教授。
后从事美术教育。任山西大学美术学院副教授。现任山西省水彩学会副会长、山西省美术家协会常任理事、中国美术家协会会员。
早在五六十年代就有作品发表。1981年省美术家协会、太原市美术家协会联合为他举办了个人画展。同时《晋阳秋色》、《初冬》、《林荫道》等一系列作品应邀在法国巴黎“当代中国画家展览会”展出。作品《春到汾河湾》应邀参加韩国文化部主办的“中国水彩画精选百人展”。作品《太行秋色》参加了“海峡两岸画展”，受到两岸同胞的一致赞誉。1993年刘长有的《小林深处引夕阳》参加了“香港水彩画大展”并被英国收藏。1994年作品《故乡情》、《三只羔羊》获得山西省美术作品金奖。
90年代，在新加坡、美国、马来西亚等国家分别举办了个人画展。此外不少优秀佳作也被英国、美国、法国、意大利、日本、马来西亚、新加坡、韩国、香港等地的美术馆和收藏家收藏。本人被载入《世界名人录》和《中国水彩画》。
作品有《初冬》、《金色的林荫道》、《春到汾河湾》、《鹭栖》、《故乡情》、《三只羊羔》、《小林深处引夕阳》、《夜袭阳明堡》、《汾乡归雁》、《晋阳春色》等。出版有《刘长有水彩画集》
