权迎升，当代跨界艺术家，著名漫画家，是中国文化艺术类最高奖“中国文化艺术政府奖”“最佳创作者或团队奖”第一名获得者，并入选文化部“创意人才重点扶持”，是国家新闻出版署扶持的作者。曾任中央电视台漫画超人评委，第二届红人国际漫画艺术大赛评委，第九届常州国际动漫节等诸多大赛评委。截至2014年，先后获国内外40多项艺术大奖。
2014年创造了网络最快突破10亿点击量的记录（用时一年），蝉联腾讯月票榜第一名，百度动漫榜第五名。
从艺经历
1977年生，受作为雕刻家的父亲影响，自幼酷爱艺术，4岁开始涂鸦、描画。以临摹小人书（连环画）、国画集、及佛教壁画拓本为主。
1987年，为了能参加美术比赛，在义母艺术家侯玉梅的指导下开始画水墨画。同年，作品陆续在全国美术比赛中获奖，至此与水墨画结缘。
1987年10月左右，因为获奖水墨作品被刊登在吉林日报，而获得了人生中的第一笔稿费，10元人民币。
1994年8月，16岁时为振国药业设计大型壁画，该壁画由当时的国家主席江泽民题词，并决定开始绘画职业生涯。
1994年9月-----1999年，陆续跟随当今动漫界的三位大师工作学习，先后制作了动画片《中华五千年》及中央台52集《西游记》等动画作品。三位老师的教诲、影响，受用一生。
1994年8月王刚老师：现任杭州师范大学国际动漫学院的首任院长，多次荣获“国际电影节奖”、中国电影金鸡奖和百花奖。
1994年9月末----1996年晓欧老师：中央美院动画系主任、国务院动漫专家委员、国际动漫联盟委员会主席。
1997----1999年方润南老师：原上海美术电影制片厂厂长，大型动画片《西游记》的总导演，动画界泰斗。
1998年，作品获首界“世界华人艺术大奖”优秀作品奖。
1999年时，意大利波隆纳国际插画展，为了迎接千禧年来临，从世界上选出99位画家参展，5幅水墨《成吉思汗》作品得到入选。
1999年及2001年两度被当时中国发行量最大的报纸《英语辅导报》评选为“全国十佳作者奖”。
1998年及2001年得到中国美协主席刘大为和国画大师史国良对水墨作品的指点。决定放慢国画创作脚步，慢慢研习。
1999年---2011年主要精力放在动漫文化创作上，并在国内外市场上取得一系列开创性的成绩。出版发表各类作品超过1000部，累计超过30万幅，创建国内最大原创漫画公司之一。至今仍以漫画周刊、月刊、单行本的形式，不断连载出版数部作品。截止2011年，拥有100本自主版权原创图书。
1998—2011原作先后于中国美术馆、国家博物馆、意大利波隆那、法国、韩国等地展出。
2010年跟随国画大师石齐学习，开始大量创作水墨画。
2011年出版了定价高达800元一本，由黄金镶嵌的水墨画集《大圣菩萨画传》于多个国家限量版发售。并将其中10幅原作供养于佛塔之中，其余原作进行拍卖。
